ABOUT US

Background...

Hybrid-Tek, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cetek Technologies, Inc., was founded in 1982 to provide "print, fire and trim" capabilities for thick film hybrid microelectronics users. In just a few short years, the company expanded to occupy an 11, 000 sq. ft. facility in a wholly owned industrial complex. Building on our initial services and capabilities, Hybrid-Tek expanded to include additional circuit engineering services along with the necessary facilities and staff for device wire bonding, surface mounting and complete package assembly and test/documentation. Our building was designed exclusively for the production of thick film microcircuits and assemblies and offers substantial space for growth. The company's growth over the years is directly related to our commitment to customer satisfaction, the highest level of service and product quality.

Production Capabilities...

Hybrid-Tek circuits are available in sizes up to 5" x 7" with line and gap widths as low as .003" for all circuit lines within a production run regardless of part quantity. Our ability to work with large multi-up substrates, along with our extremely high accuracy and fine line printing, permits cost effective production of complex as well as simple circuits.

Our hybrid products are used for a variety of electronic functions including switch driver circuits, laser diode sub-mounts, resistor networks, transmission lines, high-speed microwave components, and sophisticated high density and multilayer circuits to name a few. We can also meet unusual requirements such as producing hybrids with thick film polymer materials, firing materials in special atmosphere furnaces, as well as other demanding processing procedures including the following:

  • Via hole pull-thru metallization (plated thru-holes) and solid-filled vias for connecting the top to bottom of the substrate.
  • Wrap around/edge printing on parts as small as .040" cubes.
  • Ceramic dicing.
  • Circuit assembly and component encapsulation.

Quality Assurance...

Quality is assured through diligent process and product monitoring, with inspection steps integrated into all critical fabrication stages. Inspections occur at: materials incoming, multiple in-process points, and at job completion. Our facility adheres to the Mil-I-45208B military standard inspection system.

Hybrid-Tek has been approved as a source of supply by the Quality organizations of well-known military prime contractors and subcontractors.
