HTI prints onto all ceramic materials including aluminum oxide (Alumina), beryllium oxide (BeO), aluminum nitride (AlN), quartz, titanate, garnet and ferrite. We are a full-service thick film circuit vendor offering a broad range of capabilities including: circuit design and layout services, thick film circuit fabrication, assembly and testing. Special capabilities include: plated thru-holes, solid-filled vias, edge wrap-arounds to ground, multi-layer circuits up to 8 conductor layers, resistor printing and trimming, surface-mount assembly, die attach, wire bonding, and circuit encapsulation.
