Industrial, commercial, and all other thick film hybrid circuits produced by Hybrid-Tek are fabricated with both precious metal and non-precious metal conductor materials and compatible resistors and dielectrics. We use commercially available thick film paste formulations for our circuits, and you may also supply and/or specify your own. The latest air and nitrogen furnaces are used for firing, including an advanced, microprocessor controlled five-zone "fast fire" furnace for large production runs. Meticulous quality assurance procedures and testing processes are used throughout all stages of parts fabrication.
